Top Roofco did my roof replacement, and they were able to get all of our windows covered in our claim. They upgraded all the windows to Andersen 100 Series windows at no cost. These windows are far nicer than the widows we had. These guys are very professional and, unlike other contractors we have used in the past, communication was very good. The whole process with the claim took some time, but went exactly as they told us it would. Everything was completed right on schedule. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about Top Roofco, they exceeded our expectations at every step of the process.

I have two rental buildings on one lot and both got damaged by hail. Top Roofco helped us to get our two roofs covered by our insurance hail claim. Since I live thirty minutes away from these units, it was important to coordinate with them on when I needed to stop by so as not to waste any time. I appreciate their good communication and service, and the minimal effort required on our part.

Brian Hogan My roof was old and had some wind damage. A Top Roofco rep came out and told me that there was a good chance that my insurance company would cover the roof replacement. Top Roofco negotiated with my insurance company, and got them to pay for full roof and gutter replacement, and to have the entire house painted. And I had no out-of-pocket expense. I had no idea that this was even possible. As soon as the insurance company settled, all the work was completed within two weeks, and was really top-notch. I highly recommend this company.

We contracted Top Roofco to replace the EPDM roof in our shopping plaza in Centennial, CO. The whole experience, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations. This is a very professional organization. They started the project when promised and completed it expediently. They kept the area very clean of debris and performed all work with no inconvenience to the tenants who kept their businesses open during the roof replacement. The workers who were involved in different capacities over the course of the project reflected the positive and professional culture of this company.

Had an insurance claim from major hail damage and called TRR for an estimate, which turned out to be the cheapest of 3 that I had done. The crew was clean and polite, the contractor Andy was helpful and patient to explain all of the details and questions we had about the process. I've had insurance claims be a real pain before so this was a welcome change... I would recommend them if you have any hail damage, you will get a nice new roof and a good experience
