Recent May rain in Denver showed that there was a leak coming from out kitchen skylight. Ricardo with T Bare was able to get out promptly for an inspection. I had two other inspections and I felt Ricardo was the most knowledgeable and provided the best option to address the skylight as well as other roof maintenance. When the work was completed, I was happy with how the work was presented with photos.

The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job on schedule. Jamar and William kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Not only does my new roof look amazing, but I also have peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and their clean-up was impeccable. Brad and Juan were on our property doing some follow up work for us today. The picture of their truck in the previous negative review is not the same crew that was at our property on Tuesday this week. Unfortunately our front lawn area was not large enough to accommodate the work needed and the crew did expand into our neighbors property. We apologize for that and will reach out to them. T-Bare and especially Brad and Juan have been the best crew to work with. They have gone out of their way to be respectful of us our property and our project. We cannot be happier with the result of our roofing project and would not hesitate to use this company again. We will highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof in the future. The work Brad did following up with our insurance company made our process as seamless as possible and took a lot of the stress out of it for us. We are sorry that one day out of many in the past did not work out for all parties involved. We have been extremely satisfied with this company. An effort was made today by Brad and Juan to clean up our neighbors lawn area and they did try to reach out to our neighbor but no one answered the door. This is a great company that over-all does great work.

I am so happy with T Bare Roofing and Ricardo. It’s the first time I have replaced a roof and I was worried about roofers. Seems there are tons of crazy stories. Not the case with T Bare! Ricardo made it so easy! He took care of everything and worked with the insurance company. He was fast and responsive. It was a GREAT experience and I 100% recommend T Bare Roofing!

I did not hire T Bare. My neighbor on Boston Court did. They were sloppy and unconcerned about properties adjoining the space where they were contracted. They spread out their equipment and materials on neighbors' lawns north and south of the property and trampled our lawns. I suppose they figured (correctly) that the neighbors would not be home during the day. I returned in the afternoon and asked them to remove their equipment from my lawn but the damage was done. I cannot vouch for the quality of their roofing work, but their carelessness was not appreciated. I hope my lawn recovers.
