I had Simon Brothers restore my roof after a bad hail storm. They helped me with the insurance claim process and made it really easy. When it came time to do the work it only took one day from start to finish. The crew came at 7:30 a.m. and were finished by 3:30 the same day. I didn't have to deal with the noise and mess for days on end. I couldn't believe how fast they were and they picked up every single nail, I haven't found a single one. I seem to get damaging hail about every 4-5 years here in Erie, Co. and I will be hiring Simon Bros. from now on. Thank you guys and God Bless.

A notice to the Public: Simon Bros is a TERRIBLE choice It pains me to write about a company and my experience like this, however, I feel the public should be warned about Simon Bros as an unethical choice, and included within is a list of why: You don't want a MECHANICS LIEN placed on your home because they have not paid their workers. Simon is currently facing multiple mechanic LIENS for not paying who & what they owe. On top of not paying, They cut corners, overbill your insurance company and pocket the difference. You can expect little to no Quality Control on their jobs. And little to no communication between yourselves and their staff. Pulling permits after completion. Allowing their roofers to consistently make mistakes and perform work out of code. Skipping inspections and not reporting to the building official on time. It would be unfortunate if they installed your Roof incorrectly and the only way to fix the problem was to re-do the entire roof! Liens and improper installation are only the beginning. They are a Very Disorganized company for being Colorado's longest tenured roofing company. Their Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT Billing your insurance company for work, they didn't perform, then bill you as if they did. Refusing to perform simple tasks / work orders. The word GREEDY comes to mind Do yourself a solid and choose from any of the dozens of credible roofing companies in the community and avoid being hooked, lined, baited, and switched. 23 February 2024 ---- A message to Simon Bros: Do better. Be honest, perform stand up, ethical work. Follow through with your word, avoid cutting corners, be good humans and pay the people who make it all happen for you. 🙏

Simon Brothers Roofing put on over 200 square of metal roof on the Venue at Crooked Willow Farms. Quality of work was outstanding, including removal and cleanup and all done in a timely fashion. Steve and Phil were easy to work with and professional in all areas of workmanship. Highly recommend Simon Bros, Roofing Bob Sexton, Property Manager, Crooked Willow Farms.

A few years ago Simon Brothers Roofing replaced the roof on my mid-century modern home in Wheat Ridge. They were timely, professional, and they did a beautiful job! Within the a year or so we got a big hail storm and I was afraid my roof had been damaged, so I called Simon Brothers to come out an inspect my roof. They found no damage and wrote me a letter stating as much and certifying that the warranty was still in tact. They could have said it was damaged and milked my insurance company for money, but instead, they were honest. Totally refreshing - especially in the roofing industry where so many roofers are happy to bilk insurance companies.

Reputable and honest family business. They also advised me on how to save a decent amount on insurance costs by upgrading my shingles. The claim process was super easy and they worked directly with my insurance. It was low stress and the inspector even mentioned what a great job they did. Can't recommend them highly enough!
