J. Smith1 StarTerrible place to be an "employee." The whole thing is set up as independent contract workers, and the company take so long to complete any project that it's impossible to make money working for them. I sold a roof in October and should have been paid a little over $25,000 for the job, but the management team and public adjustors dragged their feet for so long the client backed out of the contract and I was paid $0 for the work, so I found a new job.
Johnny, who runs the office, is nice, but it's all B.S. Supposedly, he has developed 2 or 3 offices in different cities and should have made millions. Despite that, he still rents a house and shares it with other employees after tens of millions of dollars in sales, which should translate into more than a million dollars a year. None of it makes sense, and they have new recruits every week who last a few weeks or a month before they realize the futility of the position.Tuesday 5th March 2024
T A5 StarThere aren't enough positive things to say about RestoreMasters, especially superintendent Bear Shellenbarger. He is professional, honest, and extremely helpful through every step of the roofing process. He keeps you informed at all times and is not condescending in any way. Mr. Shellenbarger truly understands what the client is feeling and explains every step of the process in an honest, easy to understand manner. You can't go wrong with RestoreMasters and Bear Shellenbarger.
