Last season’s hail storm went through our neighborhood. Watched the neighbors get new roofs. At first, mine was denied. I questioned this after everyone else had theirs done. Priority helped me convince insurance that my roof indeed needed replacing. The gutters, the garage door as well. The deck stain was also pitted down to the wood. Today all is complete. I’m so thankful & appreciate the supervision of all of it. ☺️

We used Priority Restoration to replace our shingled roof. Their representative Mark was extraordinarily helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make a decision about this project. He stuck with the project the whole way to make sure things were done properly. Our roof was replaced in one day, which both we and our neighbors found amazing. This minimized the inconvenience to us, and was a huge benefit of dealing with this company. The price was competitive with other quotes we got. Priority Restoration provides an excellent warranty, and followed up after the sale with documentation for us to present to our insurance company, which we hope will gain us a discount for the higher quality roof. Finding good people to do these big, seldom done jobs on your property is always a challenge. Priority Restoration handled our roof with professionalism and great customer service. Mark was the lead to the work on our roof, and was knowledgable, friendly, and responsive to challenges encountered. When the workers left, we were pleased with the quality of the work, the cleanup of the site, and the professionalism of the customer service.

Mark Weibenga is the ultimate communicator. He stays on top of the job from roof inspection of damage, through the insurance handoffs, then to ordering and scheduling the materials and the crew, and then continues to be involved throughout the process through cleanup. The installation crew we had was marvelous. Completed the roof in one day, including an excellent job at cleanup of our property after the roof was complete. Outstanding from the initial interaction through the complete cleanup. Highly recommend!

These guys did our our roof an gutters…. Even after 6-12 months they’re still very responsive and available to see adjustments through. I’d very much recommend them.
