At Prime Time Roofing, you’re not just selecting a roofing service; you’re embracing a legacy of excellence that has distinguished us as a top rated Douglas county roofing company, backed by our proud holding of the ICC National Standard Roofing F14 ICC Certification. From new constructions to re-roofs and repairs, our commitment to precision and trust anchors our esteemed reputation. Every project we undertake is managed meticulously to exceed the expectations of our discerning clients. Choose the Prime Time promise of premium materials and masterful service, always placing the customer first. The average cost to replace a roof in Colorado typically ranges between $7,000 and $15,000. However, this can fluctuate based on the size of your home, the type of roofing material you selected, and the complexity of the installation process. Let's understand these key factors that affect the cost of roof replacement. Slate, known for its elegance and longevity, is among the most durable roofing materials available. While perfect for certain architectural styles, it may not suit the aesthetic of many suburban homes. Other long-lasting options include clay and concrete, which also boast exceptional durability, though it's important to consider if they align with your home's design and your personal preferences.

We had some issues right off the start, but our not having a claim before, we were not sure what to expect? When it came time to be paid by State Farm our Claims Adjuster brought issues to light that were not addressed properly by Joe or his crew. State Farm requires documentation (photos of roof prior to tear off.) That cost us and we weren't aware of this till it was brought to our attention by the Claim Representative. Joe admitted he did not take any photos which cost us money we were not paid because of that neglected issue!. The communication was not good and as I said until it came time to pay us at that point issues arose and became a problem. Our roof was done in October of 2024 and we finally settled on an amount we could both agree was fair for us to pay for this project and we settled our disagreement a couple days ago, July 9th. If the communication had been more inclusive as to what was going on this would have been a good roofing experience! You've gotta be more proactive because when issues arose that's when we were made aware that there was a problem by our Claim Representative. Also a big deal, be aware that in Colorado. the Contractor "Is REIMBURSED for the USE TAX". Joe kept telling us "we owed for the use tax and the roofing permit". You do not owe for the use tax and only the permit fee is due the contractor and Joe finally admitted he would be reimbursed for that fee, that was another issue that never should have happened. It is a cost you do not have to incur so make yourself aware of what your paying and follow up with your Insurance company so you are aware of what's happening and how it will be paid or how you will be compensated for these things by your Insurance Company. It will save you a lot of stress, delays and issues in the end! Now we appreciated the extras Joe did for us, but because of lack of communication we did not know and were not told of these things he did that would have made our project an easier process? To know it during the process would have been far better and easier than how our scenario played out? Read over your contact, ask questions and speak with your Insurance Agent and Insurance Company to avoid what we had to deal with, you will be extremely glad you did and it will avoid complications in the end. Our roof did have a leak six months after it was installed, but Joe sent a guy out that remedied the situation as soon as we noticed the leak in our ceiling, that was a big plus as they responded right away as soon as Joe was made aware of an issue!

Joe made everything super easy. Came out and took a look at the roof, helped coordinate and facilitate with our insurance carrier, easy to schedule crew and actual roof work being completed in less than a day. Highly recommend using Prime Time Roofing for any roofing needs

I recently hire Prime Time Roofing for a small roof repair. We had some difficulties with my insurance company and Prime Time was able to mitigate the insurance challenges which really helped me out financially. Joe was always very responsive, and the repairs were completed on time as the insurance challenges were resolved.

We first met Joe and Prime Time Roofing, LLC about 6 years ago when we had our roof replaced. That experience felt very personalized to our needs and was seamless. Fast forward to current and when we discovered weather-induced damage to a small section of our roof, Prime Time Roofing was my first call. Joe was able to come out and assess the damage and complete the repair in a timely and effective manner. Once again, our experience was seamless and we are beyond grateful for Joe and his team.

These guys are good, handled everything for my hail claim, paint, gutters siding and roof. Easy to work with and they did exactly what they said they would do. Kept in communication though out the entire process. Highly recommend.
