After working with another contractor for 6 months and him not calling back our insurance company on our hail damage we reached out to Lighthouse Roofing and Exteriors. Paul called us back right away and was out to look at our house within days. He made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole process. The materials and shipping took a few months but he would let us know and even if there was no update he would still make sure to keep us in the loop. He made the process easy and not so stressful.
