Robert Grimaldi5 StarOur home in Firestone got wrecked by baseball size hail. The next day the sales teams were out in full force. Signs out en masse and doorbell after doorbell to wake up my newborn.
Well, we decided to go with a recommendation from our insurance broker. Despite the distance, Rick made us feel like they were right in the neighborhood. A first time home insurance claim is quite confusing (especially w/ solar or other dwelling issues), but Rick was so helpful and responsive the whole time. The roof looks amazing and clean-up afterwards was fantastic. Never once got asked to put up a yard sign, sign any exclusivity documents to be first in line, or write a google review.
