Amazing company to work with! They did an outstanding job on walking me through the process, dealing with the insurance, and installing the roof and gutters. This was by far the best experience I've had when it came to home repairs. I highly recommend Key Roofing!

To sum it up, the roof and gutters look amazing, and I would recommend anyone work with Sterling and his team at Key Roofing & Exteriors. We are in the process of selling our house, and on recommendation, we got a consultation for our roof. Sterling broke down all of the potential pain points we'd have during inspection, and was fair with what he thought we should do, given our circumstance. We scheduled a reinstall for the following Monday after going through decision designs (what type of roofing, color, ways to save here and there, colors of gutters, etc.). Talk about under-promising and over-delivering! He estimated worst-case it would take around a week to finish due to weather conditions, but sure enough, it only took two days to get the entire roof up plus the gutters! He made sure we always knew what was going on at the time and guided us through the process up until inspection time. When they were done, they went through a huge effort of cleaning up all of the debris. Now we have a brand new, beautiful roof and gutters, at least for another month, that is! Here's hoping our buyers enjoy the roof as much as we are now. As said above, if you're looking for a great team that's communicative, punctual, and gets the job done well, Key Roofing & Exteriors is it!

Had such a great experience getting my roof replaced! They were quick to do the initial inspection and coordinated with my insurance company’s inspector. They walked me through all the next steps in the process to help me navigate all the parts of the estimate and how insurance pays out. My house also needed to have the solar panels removed then reinstalled and be painted because of hail damage and they coordinated all of those processes so smoothly. The roof was done in a day, I found a single nail in my yard, when the last time I had a roof replaced we found buckets of nails and debris left over. They were careful around my plants and pets and cleaned up very well. The painters they work with did such a great job too. Key Roofing was pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, communicated everything well in advance, and my house looks amazing! Highly recommend them!

Key Roofing & Exteriors is excellent. They responded to my calls/emails, took the time to explain what was needed and how they would complete the job. Sterling, David, and the crew did an excellent job replacing my skylight and installing exhaust fan vents on the roof. They are knowledgeable in dealing with insurance claims, are diligent, have an outstanding work ethic and cleaned up their workspace. I am completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Key roofing should be your go-to for all of your roofing needs. A 100ft full blue spruce fell on our house last year and Key Roofing was our 3rd contractor (we had some bad eggs!) that actually took care of insurance and took our home from damaged shambles to even better than before! The exterior and roof work is superb! They were finished very fast! 2-3 days I think and the tear off and roof/gutter replacement was done! They subcontracted the interior out but was on top of quality control and timeliness the entire time. Very communicative. As soon as we hired them everything went smoothly. Not all contractors are created equal so don’t mess around and hire Key Roofing. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of!
