Robert Krull5 StarMy experience with Ben and the team was great. Ben provided a timely, complete estimate with all the upgrades I wanted. The guys were in and out in 3 days and Ben was here all 3 days till they were done. The roofing inspector just left and told me it was a good job, no issues. I was recommended by my neighbor who is very thorough in checking out who he chooses to use and keeps his home immaculate. My claim process was very quick and smooth and my project manager Ben answered all my questions thoroughly and our meetings were very easy and convenient to me. Amy Flack5 StarI had an amazing experience with Integrity Roofing and Painting today. I spoke with Donna as my first point of contact and she was wonderful. Very sweet, knowledgeable and caring. She immediately got in touch with Ben and was able to schedule me the same day to look at a roof leak. I got an email with his information and picture to assure that I knew who to expect. Ben called within an hour and scheduled a time to be at my house and arrived when he said he would. Ben was great! Looked at the issue, told me what he thought it was and fixed it on the spot! When I asked what the charge was, he said there wasn't one!!! I would have never expected that. He said it was just a few nails and some silicone and that there was no need for a charge. Dale Pyne5 StarBen Buchholz of Integrity roofing came out to inspect our roof. He did a thorough job, took some pictures of minor issues including a vent pipe that was too short and several areas that needed to be caulked. He showed me the pictures, explained what should be done and then to my great surprise, said he would come back in the next couple of days and do the work, including the vent pipe extension....without charge. You know who we are going to call when it is time for a new roof! Thank you Ben for honoring your company name, not ripping us off, offering honest insight and being generous with your gift of the repairs.Monday 26th June 2017
