Joe Konokpa was great to work with! He made the whole experience very easy and really helped with working with the insurance claim. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We love that he sent us pictures when the roof was done. The crew did a great job with the clean up. The whole process has been easy and not stressful at all thanks to all the work Joe has done!

We had our home roof replaced l in July,2023 due to hail damage. Joe Konopka was a great help and guided us through the process. The Great Roofing team was very quick and professional in the roof repair. We thought we had a leak in the roof this April. Joe came out immediately to access the issue. It was not the roof but a window casing, which Joe found very quickly. Knowing what the underlying problem was and being able to get it fixed right away, was a huge relief to us. Joe is very knowledgeable and delivers great service!

Got a referral from a friend who recommended this company. Greatly satisfied working with their project manager Joe to restore my home from the hailstorm damage. Joe helped us with the insurance adjuster, takes the time the explain the process, and proactively keep us up-to-date on each step of the restoration. They also helped me when removal and reinstalling my solar panels. Happy that I choose this company and gladly recommend them to anyone who is going thru roof restoration or replacement.

We recently had our first ever experience with hail damage and getting our roof replaced. We had no idea what the process would entail, and where to start. Joe was amazing walking us through the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely matter and helped facilitate a very smooth process. He even worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered. The crew was quick and did an amazing job of cleaning up after. Joe provided us with before and over photos of our roof too! I highly recommend Joe and his team. If we ever have the need again in the future Great Roofing and Restoration will surely be the one we call!

Great roofing and restoration did an amazing job on my new roof! I worked closely with Joe and he was helpful and knowledgeable. My roofing project had a complex insurance claim issue that took a few months to complete, but Great Roofing was able to get a proper claim submitted. I chose to install GAF solar on my roof and the system is sleek looking and stealthy. The panels do not stick out like a sore thumb like other solar systems. Take a look at the GAF solar system if you are interested on solar power generation. If you have any roofing needs, I highly recommend you call Joe at Great Roofing and Restoration.
